Merkaklöpp is a progressive holding and investment company consisting of a growing group of companies.

The board of directors of Merkjaklappa has had the specific goal of investing in companies that have been involved in civil engineering and infrastructure development in Iceland. We specialize in asset management, management contracting, planning, real estate development and construction consulting, but Merkjaklöpp has also served companies, funds, municipalities and institutions in the development of real estate projects, planning, quality control, marketing, etc.

Merkjaklöpp ehf. is a progressive company located in Akranes that aims to become involved in planning and development of commercial real estate in Iceland. Merkjaklöpp specializes in, among other things, design and consulting for the construction of commercial buildings, while the company serves private parties and municipalities with real estate project development, marketing, and planning issues.
